How can I share an asset list with my customer?

Sharing of asset lists makes it possible for dealers, to register bought assets in advance in PRO360 and share this list with the customer in order to accompany inventory management. As soon as the customer accepts the invitation, both PRO360 profiles work with the same data record. Hence, changes and additions to this asset list will be visible in both accounts.
 
Preconditionsfor sharing asset lists with your customers:
- You have a PRO360 dealer profile and registered assets on behalf of the customer
-Your customer has successfully registered and activated a PRO360 company account
-You know the e-mail address of the customer's PRO360 profile
 
Important: Asset lists cannot be unshared. Newly registerd assets by the dealer will be visible in both accounts. Newly registered assets by the customer account are not seen by the dealer.

 

 

Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Select the desired company in your PRO360 profile
  2. Click on "More" and select "Sharing"
  3. Enter the PRO360 e-mail address of your customer and click on "Invite"
  4. Click on "Save"
  5. Your customer now receives an e-mail with an invitation link so that he can also view the asset list
  6. The customer clicks on the link in the e-mail
  7. The PRO360 page is loaded at your customer's and the customer receives information on the invitation
  8. After the countdown is complete, your customer can accept the invitation
  9. Assets that you as the dealer registered for your customer can now be viewed and edited by your customer
 
Note: An invitation can only be sent to an e-mail address that has already fully registered a PRO360 profile. The invitation is initially valid for 7 days.
