How do I create or invite new branch stores for my company?

You cannot create branch stores accounts from scratch, each branch store must first register as a PRO360 dealer account before it can be invited to join a main store.

However, you can invite existing dealer accounts to be subordinated as your branch stores.

  1. First make sure the account you want to invite is created as a dealer.
  2. Go to the section called "Branch stores" in webapp and click on +Add branch store --> Invite existing account as branch store.
  3. You need to invite an admin account (which will remain the admin of that branch store).
  4. After the admin accepts the invitation (he will receive it on email), the branch store will be listed under the "Branch store" section from your account.
