For PRO Service COMPACT and PRO Service COMFORT you can request a discount in case of theft. Therefore, the asset has to be registered in PRO360 with a valid service code and a proof of purchase attached.
The claim should be submitted within 4 weeks after the theft happened as indicated in the police report.
The official police theft report should contain:
- All stolen tools stated with their product and serial numbers
- Date of purchase
- Date of police report
- Name and address of complainant
- Police department address
Step-by-Step Guide:
- In case of a service, go to the product detail page and click on “Send service request”
- Select “Theft Claim” if you’re tool was stolen
- Read through the information carefully. Add the police report by clicking on “Upload police report”
- After uploading the police report click on “Continue”
- Review your theft claim and check if everything is correct. In case you need to make changes, go to “Go back to the previous step” or cancel the claim via “Cancel”
- If you want to order a new tool with the reduced price due to the PRO Service COMPACT without any consultation and offer, check the corresponding box before submitting the claim
- Click on “Submit theft claim” to send your information to Bosch Professional
- Your request has been submitted successfully. Click on “Finish” to get back to the product detail page
