Once you add a valid PRO Service code and attach a proof of purchase to the asset on the PRO360 platform, you can request a repair service .
Step-by-Step Guide:
- In case of a service, go to the product detail page and click on “Send service request”
- Select "Repair Service" to request the repair of your asset
- You will be forwarded to the repair form. Fill out all the fields and submit the repair
- When your request is reviewed, prepare your asset for shipment in accordance with the instructions given to you. Please be aware, there’re might be special shipment instructions for certain type of assets, such as those that include lithium-ion batteries
- The asset will be examined. For PRO Service GO, a cost estimate is provided and the incurred repair costs are communicated to you for final approval. For all other PRO Services, the repair costs are included subject to the respective terms and conditions. The repair duration is subject to its complexity and spare parts availability
- Once the repair is done, your asset will be shipped back to your address
