What can I do if the link in the confirmation e-mail does not lead to a success message?

For the confirmation link to work, you must be logged in to the old portal when you click on the link. Therefore, log in to the old portal and then click on the link or copy it from the e-mail into the address bar of your browser.
It is important that you use the same browser (e.g. Firefox or Chrome) to log in to the old portal and to open the link.
