What can I do if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail for my data transfer?

First search in your inbox for our sender "mailgenerator.3YW@bosch.com" and also check your spam folder.
The confirmation e-mail is sent to the address that you specified in the old portal for the data transfer.
 
If the e-mail has not arrived, you might have made a small typing error. In this case, request the data transfer again and make sure the e-mail address is written correctly.
