Starting 24.09, in case you use the PRO360 webapp, you won’t be asked to do any action to get to the new PRO360, we will simply redirect you to the new link. Text displayed: “Please wait a few seconds while we are redirecting you to the newest version of PRO360…”.

 

Starting 24.09, in case you use the PRO360 mobile app you should get a pop-up with this text “All you need to do is to download the new app to continue enjoying your digital control center! Click here to download PRO360”.

1. Click the button that says "Click here to download PRO360".

2. You will be redirected to the App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users).

3. Download and install the new app from the respective store.

4. Once installed, open the new app and log in using your existing credentials.

You can also find the new application in the App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users). This process is the same whether you use the "Download" button or search for the app directly in the store. If you have trouble finding the app, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
