Is there a limit of how many theft claims I can request?

No, there is no system limit on how many theft claims you can make. And there is no indication at this point if you have already claimed a specific tool as stolen. Our customer support will manually validate all theft claims and get back in touch with you if required.
 
However, only the theft of the originally purchased asset is covered. In case the exchange tool is stolen again, the PRO Service does not cover the repeated theft.
