What can I do if the employee is not receiving any invitation emails?

Ask your employee to check the SPAM folder.

The sender of the mail is: Bosch Professional PRO360 no-reply@mail.pro360.com with the subject: PRO360 | Invitation to company.

You can resend the invite by opening the employee entry in PRO360, if the invitation is not accepted yet. If the employee still does not receive an invitation, please contact your local support team.
