PRO360 customer support

I am invited to join a dealer's account as an employee. Why can't I change the customer number?

Each store has a different Bosch Customer number and you were invited you to join a specific store account. In case that's not the correct store for which you need access, please contact your PRO360 admin in order to change the invitation.
