All users with Admin rights connected to the respective dealer account have the possibility to remove an employee as soon as the employee has accepted the invitation.
By removing the employee, their registered assets and companies will stay in the dealer account.
The employee keeps their SingleKey ID but needs to register again in PRO360 to create a new account. They will not be able to access the dealer account anymore.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Go to the employee tab.
- Click on the respective employee to open the edit modal.
- Choose "Remove employee from list".
- Confirm by clicking on "Delete".
- Your employee is now removed from your dealer account.
