The packaging scan gives you the opportunity to add assets and kits without opening the package. Therefore you have to start the registration with the packaging scan and point your camera to the DMC on the sealing label of your package.

 

You can use the packaging scan with the PRO360 mobile app to register a new asset. Therefore start your app and click on “Add asset”. You will see in the camera mode a toggle in the bottom of the screen where you can switch between packaging scan and type plate scan.

 

The sealing label is sticked on the package and shows a barcode, the order number and the name of the product. On that sealing label you will also find a squared code which you can scan.
