How can I register the PRO Service?

In order to use the PRO Service, you need to register the asset on the PRO360 platform.
For a successful registration the following criteria need to be fulfilled:
- The asset needs to be registered within 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
- You purchased a valid PRO Service card.
- The PRO Service matches the asset's category.
- The asset is registered in the same country the PRO Service was purchased for.
 
Step-by-Step Guide:
 
  1. Log in to PRO360 or register if you don't have a PRO360 account yet
  2. Add the desired asset to your asset list by clicking on "Add asset"
  3. Enter the product data
  4. Register your service by entering and activating the service code
