What can I do if no data is found to my DMC Scan?

In some edge cases, the database might not contain the product data behind the code and you get an error message. Unfortunately, there is no workaround possible. In order to register the missing asset, you have to open the package and register the asset via type plate scan or manually.
 
Please contact your local customer support, mention the product details and send us a photo of your sealing label.
