You can delete the SingleKey ID at any time. Please note that by deleting your SingleKey ID you will lose access to all websites, stores, apps and services that you use with your SingleKey ID.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log in with your existing PRO360 profile via www.pro360.com
2. Open your profile by clicking on your name
3. click on "Edit"
4. Now select the option "SingleKey ID management"
5. A new page will open, which offers different options to manage your SingleKey ID
6. click on "Delete your entire SingleKey ID" to delete your profile.
7. You will get a warning about the effect of the deletion, click "Next" here. Now confirm the two hints by clicking the boxes. Afterwards the "Delete" button becomes active and can be clicked
8. You will now receive a message about the successful deletion of your SingleKey ID
