How can I change my email address in the SingleKey ID?

You can change the email address of your SingleKey ID at any time. It is also possible to change the password and delete the profile.

 
Step-by-Step Guide:
 
  1. Log in with your existing PRO360 profile via www.pro360.com
  2. Open your profile by clicking on your name
  3. Click on "Edit"
  4. Now select the option "SingleKey ID management"
  5. A new page will open, which offers different options to manage the SingleKey ID
  6. By selecting the pencil next to the existing email address you can change your email address for login
  7. Afterwards an activation email will be sent to the newly entered email address. The sender of this email is "support@singlekey-id.com"
  8. Confirm the change of the e-mail address by clicking the confirmation button
