You can change the email address of your SingleKey ID at any time. It is also possible to change the password and delete the profile.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Log in with your existing PRO360 profile via www.pro360.com
- Open your profile by clicking on your name
- Click on "Edit"
- Now select the option "SingleKey ID management"
- A new page will open, which offers different options to manage the SingleKey ID
- By selecting the pencil next to the existing email address you can change your email address for login
- Afterwards an activation email will be sent to the newly entered email address. The sender of this email is "support@singlekey-id.com"
- Confirm the change of the e-mail address by clicking the confirmation button
