How can I delete an employee?

All users with Admin rights connected to the respective company account have the possibility to delete an employee. You can also delete an employee that has already joined the company account.
 
By deleting the employee, their registered assets will stay in the asset list of the company.
 
If the employee was connected with their own PRO360 account they keep their SingleKey ID but need to register again in PRO360 to create a new account. They will not be able to access the company account anymore.
 

Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Go to the employee tab
  2. Click on the respective employee to open the edit modal
  3. Choose "Remove employee from company"
  4. Confirm by clicking on "Delete"
  5. Your employee is now removed from your company account
